in Bonn / Bad Godesberg 

1952 - 1962  school 

1963 - 1965  polytechnic of art and design,   

Colonge, department of textile art (professor Kaldenhoff ); trips to Amster- dam, Berlin, and Rome 1968; 3- weeks stay in  Vinci / Italy

1970   graduation

1970 -1973  first employment as pattern designer with knitware factory near Basel ; excursions in Switzerland

1973 -1975  death of her mother, taking care of her father; em- ployment in a weaving mill; trips to Paris and Spain

1975 -1978   working as a designer for a tile factory in Bonn ; trips to Spain and Marocco

1978  unemployed; taking a two 1/2 months bicycle tour through France . Decicive impressions in Chartres and Angers ( tapestry cycle of the " Apokalypse", 14th centrury). Crucial experience: the view from a sailplane - below her the carpets of the world

1979 -1983  employed as designer in a Landshut weaving mill; simultanously working on expanding her artistic capacity

1984 -1985  unemployment as the darker side the chance to purpose her goals as an independent artist

1985 firt exhibitions in Landshut, Regensburg and Munich

1988  Exhibition in the gallery "Bayerische Versicherungskammer"

1989   Participation in State Exhibition of Gardening Arts and in Ex- hibition of Savings Bank, both Straubing of BBK Regensburg

1990   Seperate Show at the Landshut Artists' Centre

1991   Regional TV Programm, Landshut : "Portrait of Artist" ; reel forwareded also to RTL and the Regional TV of Leipzig

1992   Separate exhibition at Hotel Residence, Munich Participation in exhibition at Hotel Residence, Munich Participation in exhibition her ability to reproduce impression of her
